InfernoRed was founded in 2012 with the mission to be a software development company for and by developers. The InfernoRed team has a passion for building cutting-edge software. 100% Remote Work
We have been a distributed team since we started and we will stay that way. All our developers are US-based and work from wherever they call home. We have office space in Northern Virginia. We bring the team together as often as possible because everyone wants to be together sometimes.
Trust is Embedded
We trust our team. We do not micromanage, and we treat everyone with respect. We support our developers. We encourage open and collaborative communication about everything from project work to company operations.

Our team is awesome. We look for experienced developers who care about code and like to share what they know. In addition to being tech experts, we are bloggers, authors, gamers, builders, advocates, parents, actors, and travelers – just to name a few.
